Get hands-on learning

We believe the best learning happens when you work on things that matter. You'll work alongside our product and corporate teams on real projects that serve the public. We don't create theoretical research or vanity projects – your work will make a difference.

Take ownership of your work

We hire the best talent and trust our interns with autonomy to do their best work. Your views will be treated with equal respect. You'll have space to push and prototype your ideas, even beyond your assigned tasks. Our interns have presented their work directly to Ministers.

Make an impact for public good

You'll contribute directly to technology that serves the public. Your work will impact public officers and citizens. All interns, whether pre-university or graduate students, will be considered for conversion to full-time roles.

What do our interns do?

Interns work across nearly every product and corporate function at OGP. You'll collaborate closely with full-time staff to contribute to existing projects.

Whether you're interested in corporate operations, software engineering, product design, or product management, you'll experience day-to-day OGP life and contribute your skills the same way our full-timers do.

What we look for in our interns

We assess internship candidates using the same criteria as full-time hires: Ability, Initiative, Communication, and Values.

We look for passion, capability, and proactivity beyond assigned coursework. Your portfolio, personal projects, and prior work speak louder than academic grades and qualifications.

When do we hire interns?

To maintain high-quality learning experiences, we only bring in interns when we have willing and able managers to mentor them. This means internship slots may fill up temporarily.
